Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped the same day it is baked, around 2-3 days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days after you receive your tracking number confirmation. 

Shipping costs range from $9-$16; this varies depending on the order destination and weight of the order.

I use extra materials and spend extra time to make sure that your baked goods arrive safe and intact. However, if your package was damaged during transit, please file a claim with USPS online, as your package is insured.

Unfortunately, Ditch The Mix cannot refund your money nor be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Please double check your order details for accuracy before checkout.
