We believe that each brownie is special and we want you and yours to enjoy the present. Each brownie comes in an individual baking cup in order to separate different flavors from potentially touching and to make self-serve easy. Each batch of brownies is baked to order and when you receive them, we want you to know that they were especially made and packaged for you. 

YES! Ditch the Mix brownies are naturally chewy and fudgy, but if you want them to be like "fresh out of the oven" again, reheat them for no more than 10-15 seconds in the microwave (i.e. bakery goods setting on your microwave). DO NOT RE-BAKE!

Yes, we deliver within Columbus, Ohio and surrounding suburbs for a flat rate. At checkout, select "Local Delivery" and you will receive contactless delivery to your door, along with a delivery confirmation text.

No, we do not replace or refund delayed, lost or damaged orders. All packages are shipped with insurance. If your order(s) is lost or damaged during shipping, you should contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. If you need help with this, please contact us and we will do our best to help with the claims process.

We do not offer returns or refunds, but we always want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are less than satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can quickly correct it.

YES! We offer a gluten free option for all brownies and cookies, except for The Hipster brownie. If you want your brownies or cookies to be gluten free, please select "Gluten free" when ordering. We also offer Keto brownies.

While we take care to avoid allergen cross contamination, all Ditch the Mix brownies and cookies are baked in a home kitchen and may contain wheat, gluten, milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, unless otherwise noted.

YES, we offer local pickup! If you are in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding suburbs, just select "Local pickup" at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation with pickup details and a text and/or email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

If your delivery address is local and you do not see your location listed above, please contact us and we will be glad to help with your order. 

We make deliveries throughout the week. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days after we receive your order. If you have a specific date that you want your order delivered, please tell us in the "Delivery Instructions" and we will do our best to accommodate it. 

YES! We offer nationwide shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (except Alaska and Hawaii). We typically ship out orders Monday through Saturday. Your order will be shipped out within 2-3 days after we receive your order.

Porch pickup: Your order will be ready for pick up within 1-2 days after we receive your order.

Local delivery: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days after we receive your order. 

Nationwide shipping: Your order will arrive within 2-3 days after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped.

Shipping costs range from $10-$20; this varies based on the destination and weight of the order. 

We ship Monday thru Saturday via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Once your order ships, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Your order should arrive in the mail within 2-3 days thereafter.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volumes, weather, carrier delays, inaccessible delivery locations, and inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. 

 

We use high quality materials and spend extra time packaging your order to ensure that our baked goods arrive as expected. However, if your package was damaged during transit, please file a claim with USPS or UPS, as your package is insured.
